JP Humphrey, III joined Advisors Commercial Real Estate in 2017 and is Vice President in the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Humphrey specializes in single tenant building sales and project leasing for office and medical office properties in Arlington, Mid-Cities, and Dallas submarkets. Humphrey’s expertise also includes tenant representation. Humphrey’s aggressive prospecting strategies and attention to detail have helped him consistently exceed his client’s expectations. He has held a Texas real estate license since his senior year in high school. As an Arlington native, he strongly believes in giving back to his community and is actively involved with several local charities.

Humphrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and minor in Accounting from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
