About GLYNDA DECHIARA

Glynda is the Controller at Advisors Commercial Real Estate where she oversees all accounting functions.  She has over 30 years of accounting experience.  She enjoys working with both owners and the property management team.  She performs the accounting for a variety of properties including Class A office buildings, retail, industrial and property owner associations.

Glynda’s experience and ability to pay attention to both the big picture and the tiniest of details allows her and her team to produce quality accounting and report packages performed in a consistent and timely manner.  Currently Glynda and her team are responsible for the accounting of twenty properties.

Glynda’s prior experience includes stints with Republic Waste Services, Brice Foods (I Can’t Believe It’s Not Yogurt’s corporate headquarters), and Pearle Vision’s corporate office. She received her bachelor’s degree at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX and furthered her education at The University of Texas at Arlington.

Glynda has been married to her husband Rick for 25 years.  They are the proud parents of Gabby, a recent high school graduate who is currently attending college. They share their home with a dog, two cats, a chameleon, and a bunny.
