About CHERYL ZELLERS

Cheryl Zellers is a Property Manager for Advisors Commercial Real Estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth office.  She brings over 30 years commercial real estate management and leasing experience, which includes office, retail, medical, self-storage and data center proprieties.  She currently oversees the property management on a number of properties in Tarrant County including the Bank of America building in north Arlington and Tindall Square in downtown Fort Worth.

Zellers has strong administrative and construction management skills. She oversees the execution of building maintenance and building upgrades in addition to working with property accounting.  She has the ability to multi-task and has core competencies in all aspects of property management.  Both her building owners and tenants are pleased with her diligence in making sure that her properties are ran in a first-class manner.

Prior to joining Advisors, Cheryl worked for Van-Texas Properties for 15 years where she managed and leased over 230,000 SF of office buildings and retail centers.  Her job responsibilities included the operations of the Arlington Van-Texas office, where she supervised 7 associates and executed construction management for new tenants including two large GSA tenants. During her time with Van-Texas, Cheryl became a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  She has completed courses and earned several certificates for her Texas Real Estate license at Leonard’s Real Estate School in Arlington, Texas.
